Suggestion to IPTV team about International channel names and groups

Currently Indian and Pakistani channels are listed from channel number 1001 - 1082 (All channels have proper names), then more channels are at channel numbers 1541- 1569 (These channels are named India 1,2.... Pakistan 1,2 etc).

Why not have all these channels together, and all with proper names (helps EPG team setup proper epg). Also currently all the Pakistani/Indian/Sports/News channels are mixed and random in order. Why not have groups for Pakistani then Indian, then maybe sports, etc... just like charlie has. So it is easier for users to find & navigate to their respective section/group/genre.

Would kindly ask iptv team to sort these out, would help many people. Thanks

I noticed that, but they are still in the 1500 range and still do not have proper channel logos, and it would be better to have all at one place. tnx


Also channel "1053 Aplus" is actually running PTV Sports Stream from Pakistan, so the name and logo should be changed to "PTV Sports"

not sure what device you are using, but if by any chance you are using Kodi then follow this link to setup EPG and you actually will get all the channel names of those channels:

Looks like many of the indian channels have moved from 1500's and been added with other indian channels and renamed as well just the logos need to be corrected now. Also the Pakistani channels at 1561-1570 aneed to be renamed & moved+merged with the above indian channels in the 1000 range.

Glad to see more changes which are helping users browsing their category.

Currently All the channels are grouped together with exception of few which i will mention below:

Indian - Hindi = 1001-1070 & 1084-1090
Indian - Punjabi = 1071-1083

Pakistani - Urdu = 1091-1114 & 1562-1569

With the exception of following channels, if these can be moved we will have proper channel groups for these channels:

1102 Set Max & 1103 Samay Should be replaced with 1018 Jaag & 1030 Aaj News as they are with the wrong groups.

1016 Brit Tv Asia & 1035 Jus 24x7 are Punjabi channels and should be replaced with 1084 Life OK & 1085 TV Asia (these are Hindi Channels)

1070 Willow is sports cricket channel should be moved up with the Ten & Star sports, so replacing it with 1043 Sony Max (hindi Movie channel) will fix this.

Lastly Pakistani channels at 1562-1569 should be moved up and added at 1115-1122 .

After this we will have pretty much organized..... when it comes to Indian, Punjabi & Pakistani channel all being together.
