Add MAC Address problem account not recognized

Hello I made a donation via: http://www.iptvrocket.is and I received an email with information. However I can't add a MAC address because is not recognized the donation in the link: https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket
I'm using the orderID to enter in the donation row and is not recognized. Now in the page https://papiao.is/main/order
I enter all the data in rows and is recognized there but I just see the same information I have in email but I can't add a MAC address neither. In that information say my email, password N/A, Servers list with ports, deskey and a Your "new donation - User and Pass: (1)" on the email this last one say: "Please use the following IPTV + Free IKS Donation(s) as the Username and Password in your Receiver" in the email also I see status active. Then how can I add a MAC address having all that information? I sent an email to support but I don't have any answer yet.

Note: My credit card has already charged.

Enter your route/donation number (your route number is at the bottom of your email under Username & Password), complete captcha challenge & search. Then change MAC (use format 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX) You can replace the X's with the last six digits of your device or you can generate a new MAC by going here:

In the 'MAC address prefix' field type 00:1A:78
In the 'MAC address format' field click the dropdown arrow & choose the second option (the one with the colons)
Click 'Generate MAC Address'

Note:The text in quotes are comments I give you and I replaced there with the intention of not disclose the real data.

If I click on Add MAC Address send me to the link similar you put but if I enter my Order # number, user name not work.
