Won?t load portal rebooted and reset several times no go

including two private messages , there have been 5 reports just recently with this issue. Seems to be isolated to Rocket so far, but that does not mean it is Rocket , could be an ISP issue if by chance all are using same Internet Provider, which seems unlikely.
I have contacted Rocket administrator about this just now, and am waiting for him to see my message.

I did the change to the P1 portal on both your codes. Followed by resets.
Match the change in your device setup.
