I noticed the issues on my end at my old house with eastlink internet, that's when it started for me but not a full blown problem, just some random channels, that was about 4 months ago. Then I moved across town and changed to telus internet and then the issues compounded. Not sure if that means anything, but both providers saw the same thing, but no where near as bad with Eastlink as compared to Telus.

Just an update for others that have been following this thread. I finally got it working with lots of help from crazed 9.6 and a lot of trial and error. I don't know exactly what I did but if others are having this same problem I will send them my setup info minus the personal stuff.
