    Media format is not supported

    On my x5 all my live tv channels it says media format is not supported ppv channel work ok just the live channels don?t work. Can anyone give me some advice. Thanks

    Have you tried the other video player?

    not the video player either.
    I have tested everything, beleive me on that. I have had this issue for months now.
    It's the same issue on all my buzz devices I have here. But dreamlink and a couple others work fine.

    I wonder if I factory set, but I?m sure you?ve tried that.

    I contacted buzz and they said The issue you are experiencing is from your channel supplier, you have to reach out to them as we are only the manufacturers

    no I have not tried the factory reset. I have my doubts it would help, but you could try it.

    yes, i been in contact with buzz too. I actually had reported this issue to them a few months ago.
    I do beleive it is in fact a server issue in the way the channels are being transmitted (or something like that).
    Some devices don't have the issue though as such with the Dreamlink T1 I have here.
    Which also tells me that the device itself is somehow allowing the issue to happen.
    Or I just don't know

    the X5 here is working but I have to leave it parked on a channel for up to 5 minutes before it pops in and it usually does pop in, not always, but usually.

    try that and let us know results.
    try channels you know should be working. TVLand and Comedy central and all those are working, Sit on one of those for awhile

    I have 4boxes on p2 server all working fine 4 boxes on p1 all down looks like a server problem to me
