Customers complaining

I've got customers complaining that the UFC channel is not coming in. I've checked in my box and they are not coming in also. Anyone else having that problem? Tell me how to fix to help them. Thanks

Sometimes its really on there side they go out and have the problem . Look at net flicks they had all kinds problems .
