STB is Blocked

Hi..

This is my 4th year in row with iptv66 service.
This year I requested a new service instead of renew previous one but I couldn't connect due to appears “Your STB is blocked. Call the provider”
On email confirmation I received a password and my question is: where should I use this password to configurate my new account?
I have sent a email to contact and reply that account has been reset but same message appears on TV.
Please your support.

Open the thread shown above.
It explains how to log in to your code at the iptv66 website.
That password is used as part of your login credentials at the website.

Did you attach the STB's MAC to your new code ?

probably missing the Mac address. you Mac address starts with 00:1a:79.....
or maybe new portal info is different then the previous. make sure url portal match in your box.
