Chanels Freezing on Mag & Firestick

All channels are freezing a lot, its been happening for the last few days. Maybe is by the overload of everyone watching tv these days. Mainly is CNN ch 200, Fox news ch 205 & CBS ch 208, all the news channels. The MOD section is working fine thought.

Can you guys check on your end if its need of more server resources?

Same here, I'm in the Midwest (Chicago area) using Comcast, never had any issues with our service but for past few days a week maybe I had some heave freezing on all channels to a point it was unwatchable. Did restart my modem etc to no avail. So I turn my VPN ON which I use for torrents etc. and voila no more freezing, smooth as it can be. I'm sticking to the rules though only one connection per donation etc, I don't want my a** to be banned LoL

Freezing on Comcast

Hi,

We have received some reports of freezing from Comcast's users and after a deep investigation we found that the issue is being originated in Comcast's network and we can't do anything to remediate it at our end.

If you are a Comcast's user and are being affected by this issue please use a VPN as a workaround to this issue.

Thanks for understanding and hope everything comes back to normal ASAP.
