I am traveling and tried to access the portal from a new ip address. using stb emu pro with a mac address setup.
it says "your stb is blocked".
how do i fix this?

how do i fix this?
When you move the box to another location you have to do a iptv reset with the box unplugged
pls clarify what iptv reset means.
