If you're using one of the services here: You need to add the donation number as both username and password as well. Preface the URL portal listed in the Donation Checker with http://

Make sure you enter the MAC number of the box at the donation checker. Use 00:1A:79 as the first elelents and the final 6 from your box as the MAC address.

So the MAC address you're entering on the box is in the form: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX where the Xs are the last 6 numbers on your box, and you entered this MAC address at the Donation Checker?

At the Donation Checker, the donation number is listed as Donation # (or Route # on IPTV66). This is used for both the username and password when you're configuring the box.
