No Sound on Downloads Using Mag 250 Box

Hi I have recently purchased a Mag 250 box and all is working fine watching it but I have tried to download a programme to an external hard drive using the USB port and I managed to do this and then view it using the media player but there was no sound on the programme. Does anyone know what is wrong or how to correct this?

What Softwear you have loaded onto the Box..some newer files do have sound problems

I've no idea about the software, I bought the box with everything pre-loaded.

I have a Mag 254 but I cannot download a programme
onto an external hard drive.
If it works for you could you please let me know
where you got the box from . I am happy to buy
a new box if I can download a programme.
