T1 Favorites disappear.

I bought a Dreamlink T1 6 weeks back, great unit apart from one strange issue. I have created favourites channels list which has inadvertently become blank/disappeared at least 5 or 6 times. Each time I repopulate the list only to find the favourites group blank again after few days of use. Has anyone else encountered this issue or can offer and help.

I notice that mine dissapear if my sub ends and I haven't renewed it before it terminates. If I pay for another month, before the sub expires, my favourites remain intact.

However, I'm not sure if that's the sane as your issue. Sounds like yours are being erased DURING your sub, and not when it expires.
