MiTV ->Aptoide->Media&Video

The other two (ROCKSTAR TV,ASTRO FILE MANAGER)need google access and won't work on the T1. Sorry

Unfortunately the app doesn't work as intended from what I'm being told. I'm told the APK has some security protocols embeded in the device that tells it that it's not a Mobile device or Tablet thus not allowing it to stream as intended.

Thought I'd pass on this information for some user who may make a similar app requests from their local providers.
