My channel line up changed

Idk what happened my whole channel line up is all over the place...I no longer have espn and my movie channels are scattered from the 500's and even a couple in the 20's smh...I'm trying to figure out how to change my lineup back similar to the dish network lineup where it's suppose to be...plz help!!!!

Try shutting off the power to the box for 20 seconds. I have done that with the channels problem and it works for me. Good luck.
