DLL Stalker Error Message on Matricom G-Box

I can't get Stalker Client NFPS or Stalker Client running on my Matricom G-Box Q²
I followed the directions on

I enable the add-on and then go to TV and Enable and get a dll error and then the Stalker Client NFPS is disabled.

I have reset the MAC on the website 3 times and still no luck.

Any ideas where to go from here?
