    Unhappy Multiple Questions

    Hello, long short here it goes.

    I want to use the Mag 254 using the AV port. i have the cable, when i try to use it with the AV cables, no audio no video, i tried with another one, same problem, what am i doing wrong ?

    can i install kodi on a mag 254 ?

    any of you know where i can buy a portal ?

    No, I do not think you can install KODI on a Mag 254 box, as it is made to be a standalone box.

    Check to see if it is set to HDMI output. I think that can be found under the advanced setting in the inner portal systems settings area.

    I don't know about Kodi 's compatibility with Mag254 (I doubt it), but you can use A/V cable to analog inputs (vcr, dvd recorder and any A/V device) by going to Settings- Inner portal to settings in the Inner Portal and go to Video and select the resolution to 480i (from 1080p, 1080i or 720p settings). While HDMI output still works. And if after A/V out use, you may like to go back to higher resolution then select one1080p/1080i/720p.
