Device conflict - device_id mismatch

I have Kodi 16 and using built-in Stalker Client. Everything was working fine last week but today as I check I first get the authentication error, then when it retries I get device conflict - device_id mismatch. I can't seem to find the link to do the IPTV Reset on the forums anywhere and everything that I did find, isn't taking my order number. Can someone help please?

Thanks I'm on IPTV66. IPTV Reset did the trick. For some reason though Stalker Client always fails to authenticate on the first attempt.

That could be due to the internet, or the server being slow. Annoying, but normal for the pvrs. That's why it goes through a second try.

Regarding that same device_id mismatch error... My box would be working perfectly fine... for days to weeks. Then one morning I can wake up and i get the device_id match error.... which I would then just log into the site and do a IPTV reset and it works again. Is it possible that someone else may also have that mac address in their kodi box and also do a IPTV reset and thats whats causing the device_id error ? Just wondering...

I guess anything is possible, but in your case, not probable. If it happens constantly, then yeah, but it doesn't seem like that's the case. Stuff happens.

Followed your PVR Auth directions and did a reset and back in business again (didn't have to remove the file)
Mine just locked up when I was searching the guide last night and when I did a reboot I had the device ID conflict thing
