Just reset your mac and it should work. Yesterday they had some problems on the site and the reset didn't take but it's all fix now

Hi there my android box has been reset a few times by the reseller however I cant get past putting in ID and Password enter ok and then the blue spiral starts and the yellow line only goes 1/4 of the way and gets stuck. its been like that since last Monday my donation has a long way to go still
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
