yeh i had a older version previously. what version i cannot tell you lol. its still 9.0.19 and i get auth failed when clicking nfps. i think i did it allright when i paid couple weeks ago.. i got email receipt from papiao for nfps as suggested and liked to on this forum.. yeh i have correct name and url too.. as i said. im active and it been working since i paid. was going fine util couple days ago. so i came to forum and followed the fix. changed mac and it worked fine when i tested.. but when i tried again a bit later on, i had same issue. auth failed lol with new mac.. yeh i have ivue installed but dont use as it never worked for me eiher. and my bad for being a bit rude. im a paying customer and just want what i paid for

PS. just tested again and still 9.0.19 with auth failed on click of nfps
