Just a question though, there are quite a lot of channels where I can find no EPG source and I'm wondering if its just that they have not been included or if I am doing something wrong? I'm in the UK and I have entered the US_guide, UK_guide and the master/guide as EPG sources with the UK_guide as default, but I have no EPG options for these channels: UKd: Discovery Channel, Discovery History, Discovery Science, Discovery Shed, Discovery Turbo, UK Eden, UK Nat Geo Wild, UK Quest, UK Quest Red, UK Sky Nature, UK Sky Sports Action, UK Sky Sports Arena, UK CNN, UK DAZN, UK beIN Sports.

To be clear, this is not a complaint I can live with it as it is as my providers EPG souce covers some of the missing channels but that EPG doesnt have the pretty channel thumbnail icons which I like.
    Hey Oldzskool,

I'm sorry for getting back to you a day later but we got some fresh POW and I couldn't miss that.

You don't see those channels info (tv guide) because those channels are not included with the guide.

I only include channels from these private servers Rocket, NFPS and IPTV66.

So if the channels is not included and I don't see that channels then that channel would not be included in the guide.

For me to include a specific channel, I would have to know the exact name of that particular channel. It has to be the same how it appears in your playlist.

Thanks for getting back, much appreciated!

The channels I am missing are as follows exactly as in my TV Guide listing:- UKm: Movies 24, UKm: Sky Cinema Animation, UKd: Discovery Channel, UKd: Discovery History, UKd: Discovery Science, UKd: Discovery Shed, UKd: Discovery Turbo, UKd: Eden, UKd: Nat Geo Wild, UKd: Quest, UKd: Quest Red, UKd: Sky Nature, UKs: Premier Sports 1 (UK), UKs: Premier Sports 2 (UK), UKs: Sky Sports Action, UKs: Sky Sports Arena, UKs: Sky Sports Box Office, UKs: TNT Sport Box Office, UKn: CNN, VIP: DAZN UK 1, VIP: DAZN UK 2, SPI: beIN Sports 1 (EN)

Is it cheeky to ask if you are able to add any of them without too much trouble?

I noticed the missing channels I asked about above have been added, thank you very much Acid!

However, is there an issue with the epg? When I assign to a channel I get a logo but "No Information".

Also, all my channels have defaulted back to my providor's epg which has decent information but no logos.

I add those channels the very next day, as for the epg I just checked and everything is fine on my end.

Maybe there were some changes to your iptv app or playlist? Nothing was changed on my side. And for me to get the logos from epg I have to check a box in TiviMate if not checked it defaults to playlist logos.

I'm having an issue populating channels. I'm using a m3u server on a Buzz u5. I get all the channels but only a hand full of epg. The rest of the channels never populate. This is the guide I am using: raw.githubusercontent.com/acidjesuz/EPGTalk/master/US_guide.xml.gz
    Thanks

Use XC API and select Server for EPG.

XC API with Server EPG is an option.
Another option is to try the full EPG URL. The one you have is selected US channels.

This is the full guide URL --> raw.githubusercontent.com/acidjesuz/EPGTalk/master/guide.xml

Do not erase the m3u server info you have now. Just add a new slot with this other URL
You can also add another m3u server portal with all same info except use the Sever EPG URL
    (http://) your-portal:80/xmltv.php?username=xxxxxxxxxxxx&password=xxxxxxxxx xxx

    - replace 'your-portal' with your server portal.
    - replace 'xxxxxxxxxxxx' with your username/password.

take the time to set all 3 of those m3u slots and including the XC API server setup slot and then you can switch between any one with ease for trouble shooting purposes.

1.) acidjesuz master US guide URL - m3u slot.
2.) acidjesuz master guide URL - m3u slot.
    3.) Server EPG URL - m3u slot.
4.) XC API server slot, w/server EPG

    crazed,
I'm a bit confused. You want me to make 3 separate m3u portals; All 3 with the same playlist url and 1 with the guide I am using(u.s.) and the other with the full guide. In the third m3u, on the epg line, I should type: http://(my portal url):80/xmltv.php?username=xxxxxxxxxxxx&password=xxxxxxxxx xxx Is that correct?
I did create the XC API server and it is working.
