Channel list changing.. confused

Hi,

I'm new to the world of IPTV and got a Mag254 fully configured. I was told its comeS with all channels, but after I rebooted the portal my channel list changed and there seems be no order. Now I have a different set of channels and can't find box office, sky events, ppv and other channels. Is there a way to import the channel list? or update it. The guy I bough the box from is not responding to me now

Any help would be great.
