new member issues with iptv66 help

after receiving my order confirmation email i changed the server and url ports to what was given in the email changed all required setting to what they should be as per the how2 download given on this forum rebooted my mag250 box and it keeps taking me to a iptv66 login page on the tv , where i can enter my order number as username and route number as password as these are the only login details i have , but then it asks to enter the words in a box as though to prove i am not a robot but the KB button on the remote does not work on this page , it works fine in the inner portal just not here so i can not get past it , is there something I'm missing ?????????

Have you used the following to check your route ?
https://iks66.tv/main/search/
Enter your email and the route number to see if it is active and correctly assigned to your MAC address. (Maybe try from PC or tablet?)
The route number given in your confirmation email is the authentication username AND password for the server - your box will prompt you to enter these.
All should then be good.
