Using the BT-400 remote and would like to know how to turn or power off the unit without unplugging the unit? TV shuts down OK, but not the X5-SS unit. Any help would be appreciated:confused::confused:

r16 update has been loaded, now no wifi. Unit worked fine before update and all has been done to revert back to r14 but nothing gets it back. New wifi antenna still nothing. Wifi works on other things, so wifi still open. What to do, any help?:confused:

Why would the MAG254 when shut down (after watching TV) have to be rebooted as it won't do anything unless rebooted? Anyone else having this problem? It dosen't do this all the time. Any answers will be appreciated.:confused:
