    Need help with parental control

    Hello, I just received a mag250 and I find it has a lot of flaws. Can you tell me how to enter the parental code when a TV channel asks for it. It's been two days since I'm fighting. Or how to stop the receiver from requesting this parental code ?? I am new and I ask for your help. Thank you
