When trying to set up my system, I get "mac address already exists". Do I have to send in another picture of the mag 254 number?

The papioa site says my system is inactive. Probably why there's no provision there for changing my server url. This donation was bought and paid for about a month ago. Was just waiting until my present donation expired before using the new one.. Any help anyone?

When I go to the papiao website, I can change my mac address ok. The server url is listed there but I can't seem to be able to change it. Anyone else with this problem or is it just me?

Hi everyone and a happy new year! I dropped my mag254 on the floor so it stopped working. I have a new one on order. My question is: When I hook the new one up, do I just need to go to route checker and and reset new mac address? Or is there other things required to do?

Anybody having trouble linking there mac address?
