Hi guys, i need to do a reset but there is no Reset option when i log in to my account and it say the service is inactive. Any ideas?

Can you tell me why Fox News, channels 205 & 206 aren't coming in on iptv. In fact, most of the time they do but the quality isn't real good. Any advice?
