Almost all children's US channels are down.. Hallmark is down and others as well. Any eta when this gets fixed? Been down two days now.

I'm missing loads of channels, how do I fix this? I've tried restarting.

I've paid for a renewal and it's been almost 48 hours now and I'm not getting my routing code or my donation number, what can I do to get help with this? Emailing hasn't gotten me a response.
