after changing the portal address my tv guide has been lost ; any solution ?

it is almost 5 days since I made a donation and I have not received any response back in IKSRocket website.made numerous attempts to email them but again no response ; should I call my bank to put the charge on dispute ?

on 2/16/16 I paid $105 trhough iptvrocket.is ; my bank shows a charge of $109.43 go to and I have not received any email back. through iksrocket website I sent numerous emails but with no response . is there any other way I can communicate with them ?? I am so frustrated !!
