2 days 5 emails and 1 pm, still no response from customer support, although when you email them the message says your message has been sent we will contact you shortly, what do you have to do to get a response???

Got scammed,some atms dont offer cancel transaction, i put in $and didnot get correct amount of btc, sent anyway ,and no response after 3 emails to support, any help is appreciated

Recieved info yesterday n mac is00:00:00:00:00:00,check mac n says invalid, try to change and cant update what am i doing wrong?? Thanks
