my iptv works fine but when i try to use the ivue guide i get iptv stalker authorization failed.

I'm new to iptv purchased a 1 month sub from iks66 followed the activation instructions and was getting an http// 404 error. Someone on another forum told me to uninstall and reinstall IPTV stalker. I did that now it won't install. I'm using an android tv box. Thanks
