hi all yesterday i changed my internet provider i now am unable to receive any channels my shows all be nothing will load the system is hard wired and shows internet up i have tried reboot to no avail the portal loads fine and i get the opening screen (all etc) every thing shows nothing loads...

hi all the system was getting better however today the sysem will no load when i try to load the portal i get a message (press menu to load portal selection screen ) unable to find menu on remote or is the system down i can not see on site any mention that we are down so any information...
