I have a Mag254 someone unplugged during a new update that came through nearly bricking the thing. It needs reflashing. Ive tried doing it with a guide online but no good, it wont stick . The flash says "successful" but hasnt worked, Tried two different flash sticks as heard they are fussy on...

After several emails to the pap team i was able this morning 5 days after it began to finally link my mac address to my Mag box. No more dreaded mac address already in use. Note for others... I never received an email reply to any emails so would have still been in the dark if i had not...

Improvements!!! You guys need a pinned or main NEWs section that updates users whenever the servers are down or if any major updates are happening. This needs to be a priority. Leaving users in the dark when servers down is very poor service imo.
