I checked a portal for a friend (an old lady) and the portal URL has not changed from 11.iptvrocket.tv. Does that mean nothing need be changed in her Mag 254 and she can now get in? Or is it that they haven't updated the new portal URL's for Rocket yet?

I was wondering when the new measures take effect will all the Mags have to reset or re enter their donations on the website or will they just keep on working if no changes necessary. I've read of some people who don't have the added information.

Does anyone know the current wait time for donations to Rocket before receiving the codes? I need to donate.

Turned on Mag 254 this morning and just a black screen after loading portal. Like there is no connection to the server. Internet connections check out fine and can ping server. Anybody getting IPTV this morning? I also have Sky Mexico and it's not connecting as well. Neither is DN on 129...

After updating from r10 to r12 I noticed the date at the top of the Rocket portal home page shows Friday, December 31, 1999 and the time is off by 1 hr 10 mins. Brings back memories of Y2K, lol. I've checked the general portal set at pool.ntp.org and the location for my time zone set correctly...

Portal loads fine and can watch channels but after a few minutes on one channel that channel stays on even after selecting a different channel from the channel list. If I return to the main menu and back to live TV or VOD the channel or movie list is blank. Have to reload the portal to get...

Mag recognizes my Seagate external USB HDD but can't get it to record or time shift on TV channels. Can they be done somehow?
