Hi guys my channel list for NFPS in iptv stalker has started showing as 2 dots like it does on other apps when the URL has been blocked by my ISP what does this mean guys?

funny Cat put a cat flap in the wall for him (1 foot thick wall brick and block) he hits the cat flap in and out with his paw so it makes so much noise I open the big door for him because he's doing my head in. in short he uses the cat flap as a door knocker.
