Friend of mine has same box and setup as me, i get 877 channels, they only get 65? can anyone explain this? Thanks in advance.

Has anyone else had this problem with VIXO2, had to move unit to another location but the HDMI cable would not come out. Tried as carefully as possible to remove , when it finally came out the metal housing came out(not completely) with it. Can no longer use, only had for 2 days. Opened ticket...
