Hello i just got a mag254 when i try to open a channel it take a while to open is there a setting i need to do or thats the way mag 254 is ? I also have a mag 250 and that one opens the channels faster. Thanks in advance

Hello i started using the new smart stb on samsung tv but for some reason the english channels and mexican channels dont play only the music channels and also non of the vod everything looks good exept that can someone help please thanks.
