Would changing my provider make an improvement to the reliability of the live video? For example less freezing, less lag etc? i know different providers may have more VOD and stuff but I'm not concerned about that, but more so the live stream being very good, always live and no lag/freeze.

I bought it pre-configured to a subscription but i wish to change the Portal URL but there is no option to do so, image attached. Anyone have any ideas?
