I have a T10 plus TV smart box and everytime I click kodi I get a error message stalker client authentication failed retrying! I tried contacting iptvandroidkodi.com but no help they just send me here. Can anyone help me fix this problem???

I have a T10 plus Android/kodi box that was working great for 3 weeks then all of a sudden I get no IPTV it says Stalker client Authentication failed retrying. Please help!!!
