Add the server 66.iptv66.tv and it pops up a credentials screen. Entered the route # as the username and password but it doesn't connect. Am I doing something wrong here?

I placed an order on 3/25 for one month IPTV. I have checked the status and it still says wait 24-48 hours. It's been more than 48 hours and I didn't get a route. How long does it take to process? I have confirmed that the payment was charged to my CC.
