Just logged in for the first time in a while, and my home ISP is apparently ip banned. Um... Why?

For the longest time I thought that the stream freezing after a couple of hours watching the same channel was a server setting, to make sure someone was actually watching and not just sitting there eating up bandwith for no reason. That's what we were told anyway. Ended up on a competing...

My Avov can't seem to connect. Are we down? Portal 4 here, fwiw.

Many of the channels are missing guide info. Especially the UK channels, it would appear.

When I purchased the Tvonline+ the box it came in mentioned it being equipped with both Stalker and Nova middleware. I believe the Avov website and some of their retailers sites said the same. I understand the middleware is very much server dependant so even if the + is able to use Nova we...

90% of the channels are missing guide info on the ol Avov. Been like this a few days now. Hard to decide which channel to watch, lol.

Froze. Unable to restart stream. Attempted to force reconnect to the server but unable to connect. Fyi.

Fired up the avov and the epg is completely blank. No program info at all. Rebooted the box, same deal. Can we please get this sorted? (And when it does come back can someone add the dozens of channels that never, ever have any epg info? I bet anything that ninja has the info, if only someone...

It would be nice if the Avov box would pull fresh epg info every time that the guide is launched instead of having to exit live tv completely and relaunch it just to force a refresh.

Just got home from work, fired up the avov and cannot seem to connect to the server. Everything was working fine as of this am. Anyone else experiencing any issues connecting?

Just a heads up, our Avov boxes are not seeing any guide info whatsoever for the UK channels. Guide for the us channels seems to have been sorted out already, for the most part anyway. There do seem to be a lot of duplicates though. (Ie: it'll show two 9:00's, followed by two 9:30's, followed...

This is probably already known but most of the channels are missing guide info on my Avov. Lots of blank info, lots of "to be announced". Figured I'd mention it just in case. :)

Live links are disallowed, but they put a banner ad on the forum? That is some good irony. Hopefully they use some of the ad revenue to continue to improve the service... or get rid of them altogether which frankly is the preferable option. You're outing us to Google with these ad's.

I realize that the service is a work in progress and there is a lot still going on behind the scenes. I also realize that network congestion and scheduled server maintenance can have an impact (such as the daily freezes at 7am pst which I presume are due to the server running a scheduled action...

Just got home from work, fired up the tvonline+ and have been sitting at the connecting to server screen for 10 min or so. Yes, my donation # is in the username and password fields. I know about the maintaince, just wanted to see if others were experiencing the same right now.

Saw a package installer message when I powered on my box this am. Problem is, every time I launch live TV now it just exits back to the main avov desktop. Completely broke live TV. *sigh*
