Is there anyway to contact the admins of on Sunday I sent a donation but no order number was received and emailing them is a waste of time...Frustrated

Well my credit card has been charged and still nobody has email or anything it like the people at NFPS dont exist. Now I'm starting to get worried because I was charged a good amount of money and now I need to fight to get my money back.

I am fairly new to kodi/xbmc but i've been doing alot of reading and research about kodi. I sent the ppl at iptv funds for nfps two days ago but havent received any instructions from my email. Is this the right section for this comment?
