Hello, I'm thinking of buying couple boxes but i am not sure what to buy now days. I still have my Avov Tvonline which is awesome because of Kodi :) I had a Mag before and it was ok now I want to buy a box, initially I wanted Avov box but not really sure what is going on with the company now...

i have been looking for way to play m3u8 files on avov TvOnline+ but i couldnt find any threads that speak of this. I was looking to play them without the use of Kodi, i tried VLC but no video was being displayed just audio. any ideas ?

So i downloaded the new vlc app but i would like to make it my default player, I think the default one sucks. anyone know how to do that or is it possible ?

Not sure if our friends NFPS are aware of this issue. I was watching inside Man (GREAT MOVIE :D) on Cinemax West and this message came on complaining about user not being active for some time (look at image) then after few minutes it went blank! Just heads up on this issue if you didnt know...

So I see that some channels are remote in the channel list that is updated daily(almost), to my understanding these channels are hosted by someone else (Not NFPS). does this mean that NFPS does not have control over its channel quality!? for instance a channel goes down are they a sitting duck...

I know its too early to be asking questions about boxes but someone might already have an idea since everyone has been testing things out. Does the MaaxTV LN5000 work with this service ?
