After tonights server issues I did a reboot and now have a Blank screen as a result. Tried a power off and menu reset and no luck. any suggestions for a fix?

My MAG 254 has been working as expected until recently. When trying to enter the portal I am getting "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider" Portal id and settings are as when it was working. Any help with resolving this would be appreciated. Tnx
