i have a choppy picture on some movies and on live tv..is there a way to fix that?? i have 22.5 down..also sometimes the sound wont match the video. set my buff to 2 ...thanks

i'm watching the movie get hard and there is a closed capton in Chinese on the bottom..anybody else see this and is there a way to get rid of it??? thanks
