The middleware "Stalker" firmware is changing very rapidly, more so than the box firmware. My question is I wonder how all these source streams are keeping up with the Stalker changes. This alone would have a big impact on service. We'll never know the answer but just got my geezer brain...

To get that aged steak flavor enhancement that so many restaurants charge an arm & a leg for: baking sheet(pan) w/cooling rack..wrap steak in a few layers of cheesecloth and place on rack...put in coolest part of fridge for 4 days..simple, eh??...you'll be amazed at the improvement in flavor...
