Before troubleshooting or blaming the service you will need order number and donation number handy,so that you can reset mac on donation panel, if still does'nt work most likley there is work being done to the service.

From what i read in other site the implemintation of username and password causing issues with service no eta .

Order number followed by donation number is required to get into donation panel.

I installed kodi 16 and epg ninja addon was working for couple of days i went to open kodi tonight told me authencation failed then told me error please see log? any ideas? thanks

C&P: There is still problem with Mac addresses on the Mags and NFPS is aware and are working on a fix.

Starting today price increased of service they where very nice to extend it since was due actually in october.

Reason mags donot need to send serials is there already in the server as well :).
