Any plans on bringing in velocity channel for us motorheads ????

While watching ex machina box sound goes of, then freezes solid ,happened on 2 different occasions, is it my box, or does this happen, to others, how can i avoid this ,made almost to end of movie now i cannot even restart from same point in the movie have to start from the beginning, !

I see a lot of new channels , but i see no canadian channels, except 2 ,out of 10, no velocity channel, and no filipino channels ,anything in the works for this, tsn would be great, it was slated to be in the line up, never saw it once ,working , now not even in the channel line up, how abouts...

When watching, on a few occasions, it just freezes solid sometimes the voice carries on but pic solid, and does not respond to any buttons, only happens ,periodically, is there any way, from unfreezing, it instead of getting up, and unplugging it and going through he whole load up spiele again ???
