Iam trying to transfer a Valid Rocket from a Mag54 over to a T2. I Go to the Check your Rocket Screen a d chnage the MAC address on the Mag 54 back to Zeros, and hit apply, It comes up saying the MAC Address already Exists. How do i Transfer the Rocket from the Mag54 over to the T2

how to clear a mac address on an old mag 250

I currently have 3 MAG250 and 1 Dreamlink t2. I'am looking to upgrade my boxes. I fel that the t2 has a muck better picture quality then the mag250. I'am looking for a box that has a much better EPG than the 2 that i have and that is also more easier to use.

I'am trying to add a new donation to a Mag 254. When i do a Rocket check, My new Rocket comes up with a Mac Address with all 0"s. When i change the Mac Address to the Mac that is on the Mag 254, It keeps coming up saying this Mac Address is already in use. How do i clear this. thanks, bmor10

I havent used my 254 in over 1 month. I turned it on and i'am coñnect to the internet but i do not get any channels. The video club works fine, but no tv channels. I am running version 218. I get the guide but no channels come in. Help

I'am getting buffering aroud every 10 seconds. Either the audio will stop or the Video will stop. Then it tries to catch up with one another. I noticed that there are 2 sections where you can adjust the buffering, Any ideas whre the buffering should be set. Thanks, Bmor10
