Got this message on Mag 254 reboot. Can't do anything to get past it. Tried reboot multiple times... no help. My friends boxes are working OK after they rebooted. All is OK now. They fixed the problem for me.

How to stop the preview window openning on every channel so that you can go through the channel list and click ok to preview the channel in a small window then click OK again to bring it onto full screen. Outer Portal > Settings > Portal > Play in preview only by OK: > Tick It > Exit
