Could some one explain how a good reboot is done; disconnecting the power to the vixo2 or just push the power on the remote? Thanks

US channels are back on my vixo2, but now they are freezing, only them int. ok, them I shut off box on the remote, I suppose it will boot up and them ask for password and user, just wonder if is this the new norm. Thanks any help about that.:confused:

I am getting a message that said "February first will need user and password" and a selection "OK or Cancel" I just cancel and the picture comes back, and this is on TV on line. my donation is good till 8/2016 and have a vixo2 box. do any one knows what this mean? thanks.:confused:

Just me? all my channels freeze every 3 or 4 seconds, on my Avox2 for Tv Channels, my wifi is fiber optic. Thanks:confused:
